Important Instructions
Enter the digits of your notice reference number only, leaving out any letters, dashes, or special characters that may appear on the notice.
Recently issued notices may take up to 7 days to appear in the system. If you cannot access your notice, it may not be in the system yet.
Email support@parksmart.ai with your notice reference number and any other relevant information you wish to share. Your email will be responded to within 2 business days.
Inability to pay a notice with the online payment system does not excuse payment of any late fees, as stated on the notice.
Online payment is not currently available for booted or towed vehicles.
Credit Card Notice: Online payment is unavailable if you have disputed a parking notice payment with your credit card company.
To dispute a notice: follow the dispute instructions printed on your notice, or contact Customer Support below.
